Things really get going tonight.
And with that, the offseason is officially over. College Football returns tonight with an appetizer for the weekend, giving us a couple of interesting matchups (along with several cupcake payday games).
The game of the night is easily North Carolina-Minnesota. The Tar Heels have to hit the road to face the Golden Gophers in what will be the smallest spread of the night.
Deion Sanders and Colorado will also get rolling tonight, and they’ll have to do it against a really stout North Dakota State team. That line is under ten points, and with the constant swirling drama surrounding the Buffaloes, it’s going to be interesting to see how they perform in the spotlight on ESPN.
The rest of the slate should feature plenty of blowouts, with first looks at teams like Missouri, Utah, NC State and Arkansas.
