A trip to the final is on the line.
Following some late game heroics from Blake Burke, Tennessee is headed to Saturday of the SEC Tournament. The No. 1 ranked team in the land took out Mississippi State on Friday night, staying alive to advance to the semifinals.
Tennessee, now 48-11 overall, has rebounded from a loss to Vanderbilt to open the tournament. On Saturday they’ll meet the Commodores again with both sides facing elimination. The winner will advance to the title game on Sunday afternoon (2 p.m. ET).
With a win today, Tennessee would be going to their third SEC Tournament championship game appearance in the last four years. The Volunteers last won the tournament back in 2022.
