The portalling has begun.
Let the roster shuffling begin.
Reserve offensive lineman Vysen Lang kicked off the transfer portal announcements on Tuesday afternoon. The redshirt freshman appeared in four games during the 2023 season but saw action in just two games this year.

Lang had been working at center as Tennessee tried to build depth behind Cooper Mays. He’s also spent time at guard. True freshman William Satterwhite has also worked at center and now figures to be the heir apparent once Mays leaves.
Lang is a former three-star prospect out of Alabama.
The transfer portal news continued on Wednesday as reserve back Khalifa Keith announced his intention to move on.

Keith was also a former three-star prospect coming out of high school. The big-bodied back remained buried on the depth chart this season with Dylan Sampson, DeSean Bishop, Peyton Lewis and Cam Seldon ahead. Tennessee has signed two running backs during the 2025 cycle too — three-stars Justin Baker and Duane Morris.
Keith appeared in four games this season and will have three years of eligibility remaining. He handled 21 carries on the year, running for 100 yards during mop-up duty.
The transfer portal will officially open on December 9th and run through December 28th. The spring window will run from April 16th to April 25th.
