Look: Chad Johnson Furious With Media’s Questions To NFL Rookie

One NFL rookie was asked a surprising number of head-scratching questions at his recent media appearance and former NFL star Chad Johnson found it disrespectful.

While meeting with the media over the weekend, New York Giants rookie receiver Jalin Hyatt was asked multiple questions about his route tree. Hyatt played it off professionally and didn’t let the repeated questions bother him, but Johnson wasn’t as polite on Twitter.

“These questions are insulting and out right dumb, he’s a receiver with the ability to run every route if you fucking actually watched him play, can someone get me the names of these so called reporters who obviously didn’t do their got damn homework please,” Johnson wrote.

Johnson was hardly the only person to complain about the questions being asked to Hyatt. Plenty of other fans found it disrespectful to both Hyatt and his Tennessee alma mater.

“I think we’d all agree that Brian Daboll is more capable of judging a WRs ability than any of those guys pushing a pencil. I didn’t notice much lacking in the ut offense last October He’s still going to lose to the Eagles, though,” one fan replied.

“Only other takeaway besides the “questionable” questioning, is Jalin is a highly respectful dude that you can’t help but root for..” wrote another.

“Man, I love how is is so calm and consistently repeating his message of humility, hard work, moving forward, and being happy to be a NY Giant,” a third wrote.

Hyatt definitely checks off the “cool and collected” box.
