Before the 2022 season, the program revealed a “Rise Glorious” plan to sell 70,000 season tickets for 2026. They sold 61,490 season tickets last year.
“We envisioned that [70,000 tickets] goal by year five when we launched Rise Glorious, but Vol Nation’s unwavering support and the excitement surrounding the program allowed us to eclipse that benchmark in year one,” Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics Danny White said. “We are ecstatic to be on the cusp of selling out our season ticket inventory!”
The Volunteers made major strides last season, going 11-2 with an FBS-high 46.1 points per game. A statement home win over Alabama put them No. 1 in the first College Football Playoff rankings, but late road losses to Georgia and South Carolina thwarted their national title hopes.
The SEC squad will look for revenge when hosting the Bulldogs and Gamecocks in 2023. Neyland Stadium should be an electric environment in Josh Heupel’s third season as head coach.
