The 5-11, 168 pound receiver is a Knoxville native, playing his high school football at Knoxville Catholic. Per the 247Sports Composite Rankings, King is the 120th ranked player in the country. He’s the 17th ranked receiver in the class and the third-ranked player in the state of Tennessee.
The local prospect has been a mainstay as a visitor on the Tennessee campus, and decided to shut things down today. King was yet another one of the visitors on campus for Tennessee’s big win over Alabama. He was also a visitor for Tennessee’s thumping of Kent State this season, and also attended a couple of camp events back in the summer.
King is the fifth prospect to commit to Tennessee in the 2026 cycle. He joins five-star quarterback Faizon Brandon and four-star tight end Carson Sneed, along with three-star offensive lineman Brandon Anderson and three-star defensive lineman Tyson Bacon. Tennessee currently ranks seventh in the very ealy class of 2026 rankings.
