NHL Predictions

Vegas Golden Knights vs Florida Panthers

Series: Golden Knights 2-1 Panthers

We have a series and Game 4 is the focus of NHL predictions. Vegas had the lead and almost got a 3-0 series advantage before Matthew Tkachuk tied things up with just over two minutes to go in regulation. Adin Hill will get the call once again for the Golden Knights in goal. Jonathan Marchessault is making his case for the Conn Smythe Trophy with another goal. The Quebec City native has 13 goals in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Mark Stone is also making a case to win the post-season MVP with his strong play on both ends of the ice. Vegas may cursing itself in letting a chance to up 3-0 in the Final slip through its finger.

Carter Verhaeghe gave the Panthers their first victory in a Stanley Cup Final in franchise history. Starting goalie Sergei Bobrovsky made a ton of save to keep Florida in the game. Bobrovsky has also made a case to win the Conn Smythe should the Panthers turn the series around and host the cup. The Russian goalie kept Florida in a position to steal the game with his stellar play. Tkachuk also proved his toughness by returning to the bench after taking a nasty hit from Keegan Kolesar in the first period. The Panthers have plenty of toughness and don’t mind exhibiting it. However, Florida will have to cut down on taking penalties or Vegas will make them pay with the power play.

This is a pivotal game and both teams are going to go all out. However, Vegas was unlucky to lose Game 3. They’ll go back home with a chance to clinch after taking this game.

Prediction: Golden Knights win 3-2.
