The Titans grab their franchise quarterback!
We’ve known it was happening for weeks now. The Titans selected Cam Ward with the first pick of the 2025 NFL Draft. When Mike Borgonzi took the job, he said the Titans would be open to all options at the top of the draft. After the front office did their due diligence, they decided that they could not pass on Ward. In the NFL, you have nothing until you have a quarterback.
Brian Callahan was asked right away if Ward would be the day one starter. He said they would name starters in September. I’m going to go out on a limb and predict that Ward does in fact start week one. Bold, I know.
