3 EDGE prospects Titans should meet with at 2025 NFL Scouting Combine

The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is taking place in Indianapolis from February 24 to March 3. The Tennessee Titans will be a focal point of attention as owners of the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Titans need to find some pass-rushing talent throughout the draft. Dennard Wilson’s defense recorded a third-worst 32.0 sacks during the 2024 season. No Titans defender reached 10-or-more QB takedowns.

Drafting Abdul Carter at No. 1 overall is a possibility. The Titans will likely meet with, and analyze, Carter at the combine. But this class features a deep pool of pass-rushing talent. The Titans could opt to wait to draft a pass rusher until the second round or later.

The blueprint for those decisions will be laid down at this week’s NFL Scouting Combine. The Titans should have their eyes on multiple pass rushers in Indy. We’ve identified three of them.

Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College

Boston College’s Donovan Ezeiruaku was absolutely dynamic this past season. The Williamstown, New Jersey native exploded out of his shell to record a career-best 16.5 sacks. Ezeiruaku is athletic and alignment-versatile. Pairing him with fellow Eagles alum Harold Landry III could greatly improve the Titans’ pass rush.

Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia

Jalon Walker is the general consensus second-best pass rusher in the class behind Carter. If the Titans don’t draft Carter and trade down past the New York Giants at No. 3 overall, Walker could become their best-case scenario. The versatile front-seven defender is explosive, both from off-ball linebacker, and traditional pass-rushing alignments.

Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

Nic Scourton was once viewed as a surefire first-round pick, but a deep class has likely pushed his draft range to the 25-40 range. If the Titans draft Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders at No. 1 overall, they could target a pass rusher with the 35th selection. Scourton is a powerful three-down defender with strong, violent hands.
