The Tennessee Titans will turn toward the bright lights of Los Angeles to face the Rams in Week 9 of the 2021 season. However, they will be without running back Derrick Henry for the foreseeable future.
The Titans will undoubtedly have to lean on quarterback Ryan Tannehill and wide receiver A.J. Brown for the offense to be effective.
The Titans quarterback has received plenty of doubt about how good he could be without Henry during his time in Tennessee, but the next stretch of games will be an excellent opportunity to silence those doubters.
“It’s Tannehill,” Brown said following the win over Indy. “Some of the throws today, he couldn’t put it in a better place. I am more hyped about the throws than what I did with the catch. He’s been spot on. He’s always been accurate. But he’s been ballin’.”
The Rams’ defense features All-Pro players in Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald, but they have allowed 7.1 yards per attempt through the air. On the ground, Los Angeles has allowed 4.4 yards per carry.
