When Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson took over in 2016, the scouting of young talent began to improve tremendously. The days of Bishop Sankey and Dorial Green-Beckham became a distant memory. Robinson took the 2015 Titans from 3-13 to 9-7 the subsequent season.
