The first week of free agency was a big one for the Tennessee Titans’ AFC South rivals, the Jacksonville Jaguars, Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts.
The Jaguars were the most active team in free agency in the NFL, signing several players, some of whom they no doubt overpaid for. As a result, Jacksonville looks set to keep its streak of not getting compensatory selections alive.
Meanwhile, the Colts and Texans both pulled off big trades.
Not only was Indy’s deal sending Carson Wentz to Washington finalized, but the Colts also landed a much-needed pass-rusher in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders.
In what was the biggest news of the week, Houston sent Deshaun Watson to the Cleveland Browns in what was a shocking turn of events to say the least, as it was once thought the Browns were out of the running.
We’ll get into those stories and more in our latest trip around the AFC South.
