Kentucky quarterback Will Levis didn’t have to wait long to come off the board during Day 2 of the 2023 NFL Draft.
The Titans traded up to the No. 33 pick so they can select Levis.
In order to make this deal, the Titans had to part ways with pick No. 41, pick No. 72 and a 2024 third-round pick. In return, the Cardinals sent back picks No. 33 and 81.
Levis, a two-year starter at Kentucky, completed 65.7 percent of his passes for 5,232 yards with 43 touchdowns and 23 interceptions

Levis will join a quarterback room in Tennessee that currently features Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis.
Tannehill isn’t part of the long-term picture for the Titans. Willis, on the other hand, didn’t show much promise as a rookie.
It’s possible that Levis’ free fall on Day 1 could end up being a blessing in disguise. We’ll just have to wait and see.
