The Tennessee Titans are coming off their best offensive performance of the season thus far after dropping 33 points on the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2, but are running back Derrick Henry, wide receiver A.J. Brown and tight end Jonnu Smith good bets to have in your fantasy football lineup in Week 3?
While Henry has posted pedestrian yards per carry numbers (3.6) through two games, he has seen a monster workload (56 carries, three receptions) to make up for it, leading to his owning the second-most rushing yards in the NFL. However, he has yet to find the end zone.
Smith had the best game of his career in Week 2. He led the Titans in receiving yards (84), touchdowns (two) and flashed his big-play ability with a 63-yard grab on the first offensive play of the game.
As for Brown, he was forced to sit out Sunday’s game with a knee injury, so we’ll have to see if he suits up in Week 3.
The Titans’ upcoming contest against the Minnesota Vikings is yet another opportunity for Tennessee’s players to post big offensive numbers, as the Vikings’ defense has struggled mightily over the first two weeks and has surrendered 35.5 points per game, the second-most in the league.
With all that in mind, let’s take a look at some start or sit advice for Henry, Brown and Smith ahead of their Week 3 matchup with Minnesota.
