This is an interesting development.
This is something to watch. Four-time Pro Bowl EDGE rusher Micah Parsons is contemplating requesting a trade, or even severing his relationship with the Dallas Cowboys, whatever that means, according to Dianna Russini:
BREAKING: The Micah Parsons-Cowboys relationship has deteriorated to the point where the star pass rusher is considering drastic measures which could include a trade request or even a declaration that he is severing his relationship with the team, per multiple league sources… pic.twitter.com/7Yujmv4JQ2

Russini wrote about the breakdown between Parsons and the Cowboys here. Here is the meat of that article:
Among the key issues: Parsons negotiated directly with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones over multiple days in the spring, and the team believed it had a deal, multiple league sources said. When Parsons’ agent pushed back and attempted to negotiate further, the Cowboys declined to engage with him and told the pass rusher to honor the agreement he had made.
If there is a trade to be made here, the Tennessee Titans should get on the phone and at least figure out what it would take to acquire Parsons. They desperately need help at EDGE rusher. Parsons is one of the best in the game. Brian Callahan said this morning that there are very few game-wrecking EDGE guys in the league. Parsons is certainly one of those guys.
At the end of the day, the Titans probably don’t get involved even if Parsons is traded. We know that Chad Brinker and Mike Borgonzi love their draft picks. It would take multiple first round picks plus some to acquire Parsons.
It would also take a massive contract, but that wouldn’t be an issue for the Titans who currently have close to $30 million in cap space for this season and around $84 million in 2026, according to OverTheCap.
