The wait is over for Will Levis. Moments ago, he was selected by the Tennessee Titans with the 33rd overall pick.
In order to select Levis, the Titans traded a plethora of picks to the Cardinals.
Although last night wasn’t an ideal situation for Levis, Tennessee is a great landing spot for him. He’ll get to sit behind veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill for his rookie season.
Most of the NFL world is applauding the Titans for this pick.
Well done @Titans solid pick. https://t.co/xKeQ1g36uU

“Happy for Levis, last night must have been rough. He finds himself in a good situation to sit behind Tannehill for a year and learn/develop in the hopes of taking over,” one person said.

“Really happy for Levis,” another fan wrote. “Dude was a fantastic teammate at PSU and Kentucky and by all counts a fantastic person. Maybe overhyped as a prospect but last night had to have been heartbreaking so this has to be a huge relief for him.”

During his time at Kentucky, Levis completed 65.7 percent of his passes for 5,232 yards with 43 touchdowns and 23 interceptions.
Time will tell if Levis has what it takes to be a franchise quarterback.
