The Tennessee Titans are promoting a familiar face to be their offensive coordinator.
Per the team, the franchise has decided to elevate Tim Kelly to OC after serving as the Titans passing game coordinator last season.
The NFL world reacted to Tennessee’s decision on Tuesday.
“I love being a fan of a poverty franchise. It’s the most wonderful experience. Can’t wait to almost break my TV every game this season,” a user said.
“Did no one watch the offense last year?” a fan asked. “Another year of run left, run right, play action, punt.”
“Welcome to the hot seat,” another tweeted at Mike Vrabel.
“Only 3 teams passed for less yards than the Titans last season so by all means promote that man to OC!” another commented. “#ForeverMid.”
“IF THIS WAS THE MOVE THEN WHY DID WE WAIT FOR THE OFF-SEASON????” an angry fan tweeted. “F—ing idiots man.”
Titans fans can only hope the offense improves in 2023.
