The Tenessee Titans made a series of roster moves on Wednesday.
They have parted ways with long-time left tackle Taylor Lewan, wide receiver Robert, Woods, kicker Randy Bullock, and now linebacker Zach Cunningham, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Cunningham played in six games for the Titans this season. He racked up 24 total tackles (15 solo), and one pass defended. It was his second season with the team after he played in four games during the 2021 season.
The NFL world was quick with their reactions to this latest bit of news.
“Another one. Every cap casualty we expected has been cut so far,” another tweet read.
“Obvious #Titans cuts continue. They’ll save roughly $9M with this release. Cunningham’s replacement, unlike the other cuts, is already on the roster in Monty Rice as well. Bud Dupree is the last remaining big ticket release candidate, though I don’t think he’s a slam dunk cut,” another tweet read.
It remains to be seen who is next to get cut.
