#Titans GM Jon Robinson said Ryan Tannehill is vaccinated, which means he can only be forced to isolate because of symptoms or a positive test (not close contact alone). Vaccinated individuals who test positive can return with two negative tests 24 hours apart, no minimum wait.

Ryan Tannehill is being added to the Titans COVID-19 reserve list. I think Adam Schefter had it first, but Jon Robinson announced it at a press conference a few minutes ago:

I am not 100% sure where Tannehill is in the vaccination process, but we do know that he has started it because he talked about it at the beginning of training camp. I would guess he is “fully vaccinated” at this point but don’t know for sure. His return to play will depend on that and if he has symptoms.
Look, the Titans are once again the first team to deal with a full-blown COVID outbreak. The good news here, purely from a football standpoint, is that it is happening on August 26th. This gives everyone on the list time to get back for the start of the regular season.
It does suck that this happens when it appears that Julio Jones and A.J. Brown are ready to back on the practice field. This first team offense is going to get basically zero reps together before they start their week 1 prep for the Cardinals.
In addition to Tannehill, the Titans also added Geoff Swaim and Justin March-Lillard to the COVID list.
