See it: Titans' Derrick Henry surprises O-linemen with gift

March 17, 2021 by Titans Wire Leave a Comment

You can never say that Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry doesn’t appreciate his offensive linemen, as the star rusher routinely gives his blockers upfront gifts to show his appreciation.

And those gifts are certainly warranted, as Henry has led the league in rushing each of the past two seasons, something he couldn’t have done without great blocking from the O-line.

First, Henry tallied 1,540 yards in 2019, and then he became the eighth player in NFL history to break the 2,000-yard mark in 2020.

To show his appreciation, Henry gifted his offensive linemen with these chains that sport a medallion with “2K” and a crown on the front, and the player’s name and number on the back.

Some other gifts Henry has bestowed upon his offensive linemen in the past include Rolex watches and arcade games, all of which have been well-deserved.

If Henry can have another monster season in 2021, there’s no telling what he’ll buy for them next, but it’ll have to be significant.
