Taylor Lewan is now a free agent which means he has the pick of all quarries for his next team.
Lewan was released by the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday after he was with them for nine seasons. It came after he failed his physical since he’s been banged up for the last few seasons.
All eyes will now turn to what he does next as there will be a good amount of teams with interest in him. Some of those teams could be from the same division as the Titans (AFC South) but Lewan said on Thursday that he has no interest in playing for those teams.
“No, those are the three teams that are for sure no,” Lewan said, via NESN. “I would not go play for an AFC South team.”
For someone who developed a hatred for those teams, it makes sense that he wouldn’t want to play for them.
He’ll likely take a few visits once free agency opens before making his final decision.
