The Tennessee Titans gave the Chicago Bears a victory in Week 1.
Yes, you can say “gave” because the Bears offense did almost nothing. Chicago ended with just 147 total yards of offense and rookie Caleb Williams had a bad game. He completed just 14 of 29 passes for 92 yards.
Still, the Bears were able to score 24 points thanks to repeated mistakes by Will Levis and the Titans. A punt was blocked and returned for a score, Levis fumbled to set the Bears up with great field position, and Levis threw a pick-six.
Ultimately, the Titans couldn’t get out of their own way and it cost them a victory.
