Titans sophomore wideout Treylon Burks is back after being sidelined for three weeks with a concussion
The Tennessee Titans (4-7) and Indianapolis Colts (6-5) released injury reports on Wednesday ahead of Sunday’s AFC South divisional showdown. The Titans are attempting to avoid the regular-season sweep. Most notably, sophomore wide receiver Treylon Burks returned to practice. Burks had missed Tennessee’s three previous contests after suffering a concussion against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Nov. 2nd.

Burks appears on track to return versus the Colts this weekend. Perhaps this was the Titans’ expected timeline. They never placed Burks on IR, and the former Arkansas standout appears primed to return before missing a fourth game, which is the IR minimum.
Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis (ankle) was listed as a limited participant. Guard Daniel Brunskill (knee) is also listed as limited. There’s no reason to be concerned.
Safety Terrell Edmunds also returned to practice. Edmunds missed Sunday’s victory over the Carolina Panthers with a shoulder injury. A healthy Edmunds should continue sharing reps at safety with Elijah Molden and K’Von Wallace opposite Amani Hooker.
Linebacker Luke Gifford was absent from Wednesday’s practice with a shin injury. Gifford was active versus the Panthers contest despite being questionable with the same shin designation. Gifford is obviously dealing with some ongoing pain.
COLTS
The Colts held a walk through on Wednesday as opposed to a traditional practice. That makes their report an estimation. Friday’s injury report will deliver clarity.
Cornerback JuJu Brents was listed as a non-participant due to a quad injury. Superstar running back Jonathan Taylor is nursing a thumb injury. It’s already been reported that Taylor will be sidelined for multiple weeks. Zack Moss, who torched the Titans for 165 yards and two touchdowns last time out, is expected to start in Taylor’s place.
Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie missed an estimated practice with a toe injury. Defensive tackle DeForest Buckner (shoulder) was limited. Center Ryan Kelly (concussion), offensive tackle Bernhard Raimann (knee) and tight end Drew Ogeltree (foot) were listed as full participants.
