NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Tennessee Titans cornerback L’Jarius Sneed passed his physical and returned to practice on Wednesday in a limited capacity.
Sneed was on the PUP list after missing significant time last season with a quad injury.

When asked if Sneed would be ready for the first game, head coach Brian Callahan said, “We’ll see.”
Sneed’s importance to the Titans can’t be understated.
The Titans need cornerback depth and signed Sneed to a four-year, $76 million deal last year.
“It’s been a process just trusting the process day in and day out, come in and put my work in, and I’m back on this field now,” Sneed said.
Sneed said his quad is no longer an issue.
Last month, Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi said Sneed underwent a knee clean-up procedure in May.
“It’s good to get him back out there,” Titans defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson said. “He’s been chomping at the bit. He’s been doing everything in his power in the training room to get to this point. I’m just excited for the young man, not just the football player but him.”
The Titans’ preseason finale against the Minnesota Vikings is set for 7 p.m. on Friday at Nissan Stadium.
