Titans vs. Bengals: 3 best prop bets for Week 15

December 13, 2024 by Titans Wire

The Tennessee Titans are gearing up for a home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15.

Neither of these teams have had the seasons they hoped for in 2024. The Titans enter with a 3-10 record, while the Bengals are 5-8. These teams last played in 2023 when the Titans won, 27-3.

The Bengals are 5-point favorites in this matchup. Let’s identify the three best player prop bets that BetMGM is offering.

Joe Burrow OVER 1.5 passing touchdowns

This one here seems guaranteed to hit. Joe Burrow has thrown for multiple touchdowns in 10 games this year.

Sure, the Titans technically have the best pass defense in the league, but this roster doesn’t stack up against the Bengals’ offense. How are Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Mike Gesicki going to all be held in check?

Burrow will likely have no problem carving up this defense. The Titans do have Chidobe Awuzie back, but this secondary is largely inexperienced and/or mediocre.

Tony Pollard OVER 67.5 rushing yards

The Titans’ anemic offense would be completely unwatchable if it weren’t for Tony Pollard. He has been one of the few Titans who has come to play each week.

The Bengals are bad against the run, ranking 23rd in rushing yards allowed per game. It’s doubtful that the Titans’ passing attack will do anything, so Pollard will likely be relied upon heavily.

If you’re going to take a Titans player prop, go with the best player on the unit.

Tee Higgins OVER 65.5 receiving yards

Tee Higgins should have a monster game against the Titans. Not only is the wide receiver a dynamic playmaker, but he is back playing in his home state.

Higgins will want to show out for the home crowd, especially as he seeks a new contract this offseason. The Titans will likely focus on Chase, which will leave Higgins available.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Higgins cross the century mark in Week 15.
