Titans vs. Commanders: 3 best player prop bets for Week 13

November 29, 2024 by Titans Wire

The Tennessee Titans are gearing up for a showdown with the Washington Commanders in Week 13. The Titans enter the contest with a 3-8 record while the Commanders are 7-5.

The latest line from BetMGM has the Commanders as a 6-point favorite in the game. The Commanders have lost three in a row, while the Titans are coming off an impressive upset victory over the Houston Texans.

Let’s identify the top player prop bets for this matchup.

Tony Pollard OVER 66.5 rushing yards

Tony Pollard is coming off a great game against the Texans. The veteran rushed for 119 yards and one touchdown and also caught three passes.

The Commanders are No. 29 in rushing defense, so the Titans should be able to control the tempo. Running the ball with Pollard would also help limit the chance of the offense turning the ball over. Pollard went over his total last week; he’ll do it again this week against a worse defense.

Terry McLaurin OVER 56.5 receiving yards

Terry McLaurin is the most reliable target on the Commanders’ offense. The Titans still have the best pass defense in the league, but somebody on Washington will get open.

The inexperienced Titans’ secondary will likely struggle to contain the veteran McLaurin. The wide receiver has exceeded this total six times in 2024, so it seems a little low.

The Commanders have one of the best pass defenses in the NFL. While I think the Titans can run on this defense, Levis may struggle.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Pollard find the end zone a couple of times, but I don’t think the same can be said for Levis. The QB has only thrown for two or more TDs in a game three times this season. Washington hasn’t been a team that gets thrown on  much this season.
