The Tennessee Titans are gearing up to take on the Houston Texans in NFL Week 12. These rivals enter the game at opposite ends of the standings, with the Texans sitting at 7-4 and the Titans at 2-8.
As is expected, the Texans are a heavy favorite in this one. BetMGM has the line at Texans -7.5 with an over/under of 40.5. The Texans have won three in a row against the Titans.
Let’s identify the three best player props at BetMGM before this divisional matchup.
Tony Pollard OVER 56.5 ruhsing yards

Tony Pollard has had two subpar games in a row. The veteran running back hasn’t eclipsed 50 yards since the beginning of November.
This is the perfect time for Pollard to break out of his slump. Expect the Titans to try and establish Pollard early and often. Running Pollard also means Will Levis has fewer opportunities to turn the ball over.
The Texans have a stout run defense, but Pollard only has to get 57 yards here. That shouldn’t be a problem.
CJ Stroud OVER 239.5 passing yards

The Titans technically have the best pass defense in the NFL. However, L’Jarius Sneed was just put on injured reserve, meaning the Titans will be relying on younger guys for the rest of the season.
Without Sneed, the Titans’ secondary has been fine. This could be the game where the unit really starts to struggle, though. It’s hard to imagine this thin and inexperienced secondary keeping Stroud under 240 yards.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine OVER 32.5 receiving yards
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (15) pulls down a touchdown pass during the third quarter against the Minnesota Vikings at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine had his best game of the season last week against the Vikings. The dependable receiver should continue becoming increasingly involved in this struggling offense.
The Texans have a tough pass defense and much attention will be focused on Calvin Ridley. This should mean Westbrook-Ikhine gets plenty of opportunities to prove he belongs.
You probably shouldn’t expect the WR to go over 100 yards again, but 32.5 is ridiculously low.
