Derrick Henry is ready for the 2023-24 NFL season to start.
Henry, who is one of the top running backs in the league, was seen sprinting up a dirt hill this week as he continues his offseason routine. Henry eventually reached the top and looked gassed since it seemed like he had been running for a while.

That’s the kind of workout you have to do if you want to continue being arguably the best running back in the league.Â
Henry is coming off another outstanding 2022 season even though the Titans didn’t make the playoffs. He finished with 349 carries for 1,538 yards and 13 touchdowns.
It’s the second time in the last three seasons that Henry has rushed for over 1,500 yards and at least 13 touchdowns.Â
Based on this video, he’s primed for another great season as he tries to help the Titans get back to the playoffs.Â
