We got the chance to talk to Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis about the second annual P&G Battle Of The Paddles which will feature eight NFL stars.
The tournament, which will air on Overtime SZN’s YouTube channel on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. ET, will be hosted by Kay Adams, who filled us in on all of the details last week.
In addition to Saquon Barkley, Trevor Lawrence, Trent Taylor and Jamaal Williams, Levis informed us that he himself, D’Andre Swift, Dustin Hopkins and Dalton Kincaid will be on the table. We asked Levis who he is most excited to face-off against and he said he’d like to play against fellow quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
In addition to asking the Titans QB about the tournament, we asked him about his life since his breakup with Gia Duddy, his time in the NFL Draft Green Room, his love of mayonnaise, his time at Penn State and more. We dropped the full interview on YouTube which you can watch below.
Between having to transfer out of Penn State, keeping his cool in the NFL Draft Green Room and dealing with a breakup right before his rookie NFL season, Levis has certainly showed that he can deal with adversity. While we’re not sure his ability to roll with the punches will translate to the ping-pong table, at the very least it makes him an easy guy to root for.
